Subscription to the newsletter is not conditional on payment of a fee for this purpose, so that receiving commercial and marketing messages from the Controller is free of charge. The content of commercial, marketing and informative communications will be sent to the e-mail address provided for this purpose by the user, provided that it is correctly entered. Expand Labs assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided by users (e.g. e-mail address). 

Our newsletter may contain information on:

• services offered by Expand Labs;
• the latest campaigns, offers and promotions of the Controller;
• its recent activity;
• changes and news on various aspects of the web platform and offers;
• service recommendations;
• other commercial and marketing information.

The subscriber has the option to withdraw his/her consent to the transmission of marketing communications and to unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. This is done, from a practical point of view, by sending a request to this effect to the e-mail address: GDPR@expandlabs.ro or by accessing the unsubscribe link in the footer of each commercial e-mail sent from the Data Controller. Withdrawal of consent to receive commercial messages from the Data Controller does not affect the processing of the e-mail address for direct marketing purposes for as long as consent for this processing purpose has been validly given.

After unsubscribing, you can subscribe to our newsletter again at any time, free of charge. 

The Controller does not give the user any guarantee that the newsletter service will function without interruptions or errors and that faults will be rectified within an adequate period of time. 

Expand Labs cannot be held liable for any damage, loss or inconvenience caused by the use of the newsletter service it provides. The responsibility for the use of the newsletter service rests entirely with the user.
