5 Minute Check-Up

Get a clear picture of your metabolic status in just a few minutes, with rapid identification of cellular nutrition, oxidative stress and heavy metals, to determine the next investigations and therapeutic protocols.

RAPID TESTING PACKAGE

This package combines three advanced assessment methods for a quick and complete diagnosis of your metabolic and cellular status: heavy metal and oxidative stress analysis by OligoScan, body composition assessment with InBody, and resting metabolic rate (RMR) measurement.

This protocol is designed to identify toxic accumulations in the body, nutritional imbalances, and calorie burning efficiency, providing immediate results and a clear picture of your true health status.

OLIGOSCAN TESTING

OligoScan is a state-of-the-art technology that evaluates the level of toxic heavy metalsessential minerals and oxidative stress directly from the tissues, without a puncture. This rapid analysis provides a clear picture of the cellular balance and the body's natural detoxification capacity.

How does it work?

A spectrophotometric light probe is applied to the palm of your hand, and in just a few seconds a detailed report is obtained about your mineral status, the presence of heavy metals and the level of oxidative stress. The results are immediately interpreted by a specialist.

  • Early detection of heavy metal poisoning
  • Identification of mineral deficiencies or excesses
  • Guidance for personalized detoxification
  • Prevention chronic inflammation and degenerative diseases
  • optimizations of Energy Levels and cellular function

BODY COMPOSITION ANALYSIS - INBODY 270

We use advanced InBody 270 technology to analyze body composition in detail. This precise method provides a complete picture of physical health, beyond simply measuring weight.

What does body composition analysis measure?
  • Skeletal muscle mass: Determines the amount of active muscle in the body.

  • Body fat mass: Identifies the percentage of fat and its distribution.

  • Total body water: Shows hydration level and fluid balance.

  • Basal metabolic rate (BMR): Evaluates the number of calories burned at rest.

  • Body mass index (BMI) and waist-hip ratio: Measures of body proportions.

  • General health monitoring: Body composition provides a detailed picture of your physical condition, helping to identify imbalances such as excess fat or lack of muscle mass.
  • Weight management: Unlike the classic scale, this analysis separates muscle mass from fat, providing data relevant to your goals.
  • Optimizing physical performance: Athletes can use this data to adjust their training and nutrition, maximizing performance.
  • Water retention detection: A fluid imbalance can indicate inflammation, stress, or other health problems.
  • Personalized health plans: Based on the results, you receive personalized recommendations for nutrition, training, and therapies.

TESTUL DE GRIP STRENGTH (FORȚA DE PRINDERE)

Although it seems like a local test (hand/forearm), in medicine and longevity it is considered a global marker of muscle strength and physiological reserve.

What does the grip strength test measure?

Maximum isometric finger-fist flexor strength:

  • flexor digitorum profundus
  • flexor digitorum superficialis
  • flexor pollicis longus
  • intrinsic hand muscles
  • contribution from the forearm (brachioradialis, extensors for stabilization)

It is a maximum voluntary isometric contraction (MVIC).

Because muscle strength:

  • is one of the strongest predictors of healthspan
  • reflects mitochondrial reserve and anabolism
  • early decreases in chronic inflammation, insulin resistance and fragility

In many studies, low grip strength is associated with:

  • increased risk of cardiovascular disease
  • increased risk of diabetes
  • increased risk of mortality

That is why it is included in:

  • geriatric assessments
  • frailty screening
  • some longevity assessment protocols
