1 -What is your professional background, and how does it equip you to contribute to our mission of building Expand Labs?
Most of my professional career has been spent in complex start-ups and scale-ups across several continents, covering both commercial and operational roles. Over time, this fueled my desire to launch a project of my own, confident that my past experiences, combined with a clear vision, integrity, and consistency, provide a solid foundation to achieve something special.

1. What is your professional background, and how does it equip you to contribute to our mission of building Expand Labs?
I’ve spent most of my professional life in complex business settings (telecommunications, e-commerce, quick commerce) covering both commercial and operational roles, and was fortunate enough to work in start-ups and scale-ups across several countries and continents. Overtime, this fueled my desire to kick-start a project which I can call my own, with the confidence that learnings from the past coupled with a clear vision, integrity and consistency provide a good chance to achieve something special.
2. Why are you passionate about building a solution to improve long-term health and longevity?
To me, longevity begins with optimal physical and mental functioning (mens sana in corpore sano). When this is achieved, your chances of unlocking new levels of performance, making progress, and living a fulfilling life increase exponentially. Conversely, losing your health means losing the very foundation of your existence. I've learned this firsthand and am committed to leading a healthy lifestyle and helping others do the same.
3. What personal health practices have you adopted that have significantly improved your quality of life?
I prioritise exercise, proper nutrition, intermittent fasting, sufficient sleep (most of the time…), morning sunlight, and outdoor time. My routine includes cold exposure, yearly bloodwork, supplementation, breathwork, and meditation. I maintain a clear purpose and cultivate meaningful relationships. Recently, I've embraced the concept of "mental cleanliness"... and let’s just say my ‘spring cleaning’ will last a few seasons!
4. As you age, what activities or passions do you hope to continue enjoying that are often impacted by aging?
To be totally honest, at 36, I dismiss the idea that aging will stop me from enjoying my passions. While our abilities may decline, I see no reason why we can't ski, swim, dive, train, or learn new things even at 80, barring accidents or severe diseases. I'm committed to supporting my body through this process and can't wait to fully utilise the hub's services when we open!

1. What is your professional background, and how does it equip you to contribute to our mission of building Expand Labs?
I’m a health tech entrepreneur with a background in management consulting and venture building across four continents. My experience with Ilara Health and Expand Health equips me to leverage breakthrough technologies and integrate hyperwellness into various sectors, aligning perfectly with Expand Labs' mission.
2. Why are you passionate about building a solution to improve long-term health and longevity?
My passion for improving health and longevity comes from my personal journey through burnout and illness. Taking control of my health revealed the importance of optimization, igniting my desire to help others. I aim to spread the importance of healthy living and emphasise prevention and early detection.
3. What personal health practices have you adopted that have significantly improved your quality of life?
To optimise my health, I focused on analysing my blood and digital biomarkers, addressing high inflammation markers and low hormone levels. My holistic approach includes integrating functional health practitioners and the latest technology, which has significantly improved my quality of life.
4. As you age, what activities or passions do you hope to continue enjoying that are often impacted by aging?
As I age, I hope to continue my passion for health optimization and helping others improve their well-being. I aim to maintain an active role in spreading the importance of healthy living and leveraging breakthrough technologies to transform lives, ensuring aging doesn't hinder my contributions.

Co-Founder
1. What is your professional background, and how does it equip you to contribute to our mission of building Expand Labs?
Since studying biomechanics during my engineering degree, I’ve been fascinated by the human body. After university, I worked with health tech startups, supporting them with investment, strategy, and innovation. This revealed flaws in the global healthcare model and led me to longevity medicine. I co-founded Expand Health’s first Longevity Hub in Cape Town and designed our software to analyse client data and create personalised protocols.
2. Why are you passionate about building a solution to improve long-term health and longevity?
I love life and believe it has so much to offer. However, modern stresses, diets and unhealthy habits make it challenging for so many. After losing loved ones far too early to mental and physical diseases, I’m driven to pioneer solutions that help people live happier, healthier lives, filled with joy doing the things they love.
3. What personal health practices have you adopted that have significantly improved your quality of life?
Getting the basics right - sleep, stress management, diet, and activity - has had the biggest impact on my health. I’ve also adopted proper breathing techniques and prioritise spending quality time in nature. Cold immersion has been hugely beneficial, and I integrate it into my lifestyle whenever possible.
4. As you age, what activities or passions do you hope to continue enjoying that are often impacted by aging?
I’m very active and love playing sports, so staying physically fit is crucial. I also enjoy learning, being creative, solving problems, and engaging in mentally stimulating conversations so long-term cognitive performance is a major interest of mine.
Alexandra Albu
Marketing & PR Lead
1. What is your professional background, and how does it equip you to contribute to our mission of building Expand Labs?
My professional experience combines business strategy, innovation and communication, combining both analytical and creative thinking. I worked in a multinational corporation, where I was involved in global growth initiatives, market research and operations optimization.
Later, I transitioned to startups to bring real impact to visionary projects. At Expand Labs, this experience translates into a strategic approach to growing and positioning the clinic as a premium brand in the longevity field. From growth strategy and performance marketing, to process optimization and digitalization, I ensure that each initiative is well-founded and has long-term impact.
2. Why are you passionate about building a solution to improve long-term health and longevity?
Because optimized performance and health are game-changers. It's not just about living longer, it's about living with energy, mental clarity, and a maximum capacity to do what we're passionate about.
I have always been fascinated by how science and technology can optimize the functions of the body and mind. Longevity is not just an abstract goal, but a series of smart decisions that influence our lives every day. Prevention, cellular regeneration, and optimizing physical and cognitive performance are things that I not only study, but also experience myself.
3. What personal health practices have you adopted that have significantly improved your quality of life?
I am in a constant state of exploration and optimization of my health, because I know that performance (physical and mental) is not an accident, but the result of well-thought-out decisions. Some of my essential habits:
- Continued supplementation and experimentation with nootropics – I use nootropics to support my mental clarity, memory, and ability to focus. Cognitive longevity is just as important as physical longevity.
- Strength training – pentru cultivarea masei musculare, susținerea sănătății osoase și a metabolismului. Antrenamentele de forță sunt esențiale pentru un corp funcțional și longeviv.
- Long runs & cardio for cardiovascular health – I run 10K twice a week, combining the benefits for the heart with those for mental clarity.
- Anti-inflammatory diet – based on principles that support hormonal and digestive balance and reduce systemic inflammation, optimizing energy and performance.
- Reflection and analysis of dreams – I believe in the power of introspection and use dreams as a tool to understand the subconscious. It's fascinating how the brain processes information and how we can learn from these coded messages.
- Long walks and walking – one of the most natural and effective methods of mental reset, reflection and metabolic balance.
- Cycling – for endurance, mobility and mental clarity. I like to combine movement with exploration and create contexts of active relaxation.
Health is an ecosystem, and I am building my own system to support optimal performance, both now and in the future.
4. As you age, what activities or passions do you hope to continue enjoying that are often impacted by aging?
I want age to be just a number, not a limitation. Physical and mental independence They are essential to me, so I am actively committed to supporting them in the long term.
I want to continue running long distances, training, exploring new places, and having the energy to get involved in game-changing projects. I want to continue learning, innovating, and surrounding myself with like-minded people.
More than anything, I want to live life to the fullest, without compromises dictated by physical or cognitive limitations. That's why I'm investing in my health now—so that the 30-plus version of me can be as active, curious, and engaged as the one I am now.

Longevity Doctor
1. What is your professional background, and how does it equip you to contribute to our mission of building Expand Labs?
Gerontology studies the processes that unfold over time in all aspects - physical, cognitive, psycho-emotional, social.
Although I am passionate about many aspects – cardiology, neuroscience, microbiome, epigenetics, phytotherapy, homeopathy, acupuncture, regeneration and personal development through various methods, I have always liked to look at the person as a whole. The functional and psycho-emotional approach helps me to understand more deeply the real causes of imbalances, which we generically call diseases. Holistic medicine allows for the personalization of therapy, that is, the restoration of physical-psychic-spiritual balance.
2. Why are you passionate about building a solution to improve long-term health and longevity?
Aging is considered a disease. Longevity brings a complex vision, which primarily involves a quality life. Awareness of factors related to lifestyle, our internal processes and the environment leads to the responsibility of each one. It is important to understand how we can become the artisans of our lives.
3. What personal health practices have you adopted that have significantly improved your quality of life?
Movement and personal development through conscious movement, expression through the body helps me balance myself. From conscious walking to stretching exercises, Qigong, Bothmer or dance, slow or very intense, from inner movement projected outward to inner stillness, there can be countless forms of experimentation.
Conscious breathing and relaxation techniques, meditation.
I am experimenting with natural herbs/extracts, personalized homeopathic medicines, some injectables in acupuncture points, hot-cold showers.
4. As you age, what activities or passions do you hope to continue enjoying that are often impacted by aging?
Aida Ivan
Psychologist Doctor
1. What is your professional background, and how does it equip you to contribute to our mission of building Expand Labs?
I have 25 years of experience in psychotherapy, and for the past six years, I have specialized in neurotherapy techniques, a methodology I introduced and promoted in Romania and Europe. In addition to being a clinical, educational, and occupational psychologist, I am trained in cognitive behavioral therapy, clinical and Ericksonian hypnosis, integrative, Adlerian, existential, EMDR, and rational-emotive psychotherapy. I am also a yoga and meditation instructor and an international trainer in brain mapping and Neurofeedback. Therefore, my knowledge of how the brain works and the understanding of the psyche is quite extensive.
2. Why are you passionate about building a solution to improve long-term health and longevity?
I am passionate about everything related to health and longevity. Ten years ago, I created a program called Beautiful Aging Therapy, where, after an initial evaluation, people learn how to improve and use their brain's capacity to live a longer and healthier life. The core idea was that "Aging is a disease that can be treated," and our brain and psyche are tools that significantly help maintain health and beauty.
3. What personal health practices have you adopted that have significantly improved your quality of life?
First, I take great care of my brain by doing Neurofeedback three times a week. In terms of nutrition, I’ve been a lacto-ovo vegetarian for 12 years. I’ve been practicing yoga for about 20 years, meditate daily, and take specific supplements to support my health. Lastly, I never stop learning. I am always learning new things and staying active.
4. As you age, what activities or passions do you hope to continue enjoying that are often impacted by aging?
Sports and learning—these are the two things I always want to be able to do.
Cristina Milicescu
Psychologist Doctor
1. What is your professional background, and how does it equip you to contribute to our mission of building Expand Labs?
"I began my journey toward better mental health by focusing on myself. Over twenty-two years ago, I earned my degree from the Faculty of Psychology. Now, I work as a Systemic Psychotherapist (under supervision) for Child, Couple, and Family issues, and I also as Clinical Psychologist. Collaborating with elite youth athletes is an experience that never fails to inspire me and pushes me to excel in my career. I think that the principles of systemic preparation and 360-degree thinking—which I have always followed—provide solid foundations for the meaning of prevention, longevity, and well-being. These principles explore all parts of a system and factor in both personal and environmental factors."
2. Why are you passionate about building a solution to improve long-term health and longevity?
The concepts of preventive and optimization interest to me very much, both at work and in my personal life. We have more resources for growth and maintaining than ever before, and I think it would be wise to figure out how to put them to good use. I think it's crucial to teach kids about the importance of prevention and to use the word "prevention" in everyday speech from an early age. A person's quality of life greatly improves when they prioritize their physical and mental health.
3. What personal health practices have you adopted that have significantly improved your quality of life?
Participating in athletic competitions became an ingrained part of my DNA since I was five years old. I regularly bring along sports and healthy eating. Periods when I may not be doing near standard are manageable because I am prepared to adapt to changing circumstances. I went from experiencing recurring insomnia and sleep deprivation to focusing on getting more and better sleep once the kids were older. At last, the emotional hygiene habits I started while in college have helped me through the most challenging times of my life. I often claim that I am live proof that therapy can help.
4. As you age, what activities or passions do you hope to continue enjoying that are often impacted by aging?
To be able to communicate with youth, travel, and keep moving until I'm 97 years old is my life goal. When I think of becoming older, the things that pop into my head are being healthy, flexible, and confident.
Cristina Patru
Orthopaedic Trauma Doctor
1. What is your professional background, and how does it equip you to contribute to our mission of building Expand Labs?
"Increasing longevity and maintaining well-being have become concerns for most of us. By the nature of my profession, I focus on regaining and maintaining motor function of the human body through both surgical and conservative methods. I am an MD, Ph.D., orthopedic traumatologist consultant surgeon, with over 30 years of specialty experience and over 15,000 surgical interventions. My field of expertise includes arthroscopic surgery, sports traumatology, musculoskeletal ultrasound, health services management, and various advanced training courses both nationally and internationally. As a member of prestigious national and international professional societies, I’ve had access to the latest medical discoveries in the field, contributing with scientific papers, articles, editorial publications, and research projects. Among these, I would mention: "Anatomical and Biomechanical Bases of Human Body Movement" "News in the Evaluation of Human Gait in Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) Surgery" Even the subject of my Ph.D. thesis centered on novel elements that support optimal joint function in cases of ACL injuries for individuals engaged in recreational or professional sports. Therefore, my theoretical and practical qualifications—and more importantly, my desire to help people achieve a high quality of life at any age—justify my joining the Expand Labs team in fulfilling this mission. Can we achieve “Youth without old age”? What would be the necessary ingredients? We need a healthy mind in a healthy body, we need movement, which some say represents the essence of life. Let’s explore together!"
2. Why are you passionate about building a solution to improve long-term health and longevity?
"Well-being represents the foundation from which we begin to fulfill our roles as BIO, PSYCHO, SOCIAL BEINGS. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), "Health is a fully favorable state, physically, mentally, and socially, and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity." Therefore, without health, we nullify the purpose of life, we nullify ourselves as human beings. I believe that my role as both an individual and a medical professional is to strive to contribute to the perpetuation of well-being. For this, we need healthy individuals who can truly enjoy life."
3. What personal health practices have you adopted that have significantly improved your quality of life?
"There are some practices that help me every time and that are available to anyone. I started by getting to know myself better, by analyzing the signals my body sends. Moments of introspection in a quiet place, offer me optimal solutions for getting rid of any kind of stress. Then, I adopted a balanced diet, suitable for my lifestyle and added a few food supplements, depending on what exactly I wanted to fight. I constantly try to have a positive, patient, energetic attitude, and if every morning I start the day smiling, I think I have every chance to enjoy a lovely, long life."
4. As you age, what activities or passions do you hope to continue enjoying that are often impacted by aging?
"There are some ""myths"" that refer to the fact that as you get older, you no longer have access to what you used to do previously, myths that I would like to dismantle. In my opinion, the first ""barrier"" in continuing to do activities that give us pleasure and happiness, it is us, it is our mind. As I get older, I would be happy to continue dancing, going to tennis, skiing, swimming, doing yoga, and scuba diving. I propose to myself to connect as much as possible with nature, to go hiking, to visit wonderful places, to socialize with people who have the same kind of hobbies. For an active and energetic relaxation I will practice TAI-CHI which brings us into balance and harmony with the Universe. It is in our power to be healthy and happy! After all, age is nothing but a number!"

1. What is your professional background, and how does it equip you to contribute to our mission of building Expand Labs?
With over two decades of experience as an entrepreneur in health and workplace safety, I have dedicated my career to creating safer and healthier environments. My journey began with a degree in psychology, which led me into entrepreneurship, where I integrated mental and physical health into the professional landscape. After 15 years in business, I deepened my commitment to mental well-being by obtaining a private practice license in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). This expertise enables me to support both individual well-being and organizational health, bringing a holistic and strategic approach to Expand Labs' mission.
2. Why are you passionate about building a solution to improve long-term health and longevity?
My professional philosophy is rooted in prevention and longevity. I see disease as a system error, a sign that something could have been prevented. In every plan I develop for clients, I emphasize proactive health measures—risk assessment and prevention strategies that can help avoid issues before they manifest. I strongly believe that our generation, especially those in their 40s and 50s, is redefining aging, shifting the perspective toward a longer, healthier, and more fulfilling life.
3. What personal health practices have you adopted that have significantly improved your quality of life?
On a personal level, I have embraced health practices that have significantly improved my quality of life: Prioritizing quality sleep – I now aim for 7-8 hours per night, after years of believing that 4-5 hours were enough. Physical activity – Once a major part of my life as a handball player, movement has returned to my routine through long walks and consistent exercise. Intermittent fasting – I avoid snacking between meals, which has enhanced my focus and energy levels throughout the day.
4. As you age, what activities or passions do you hope to continue enjoying that are often impacted by aging?
Looking ahead, I am inspired by the possibility of having another half-century to contribute, learn, and enjoy life. I plan to continue the activities that make me feel alive—horseback riding, running, and dancing—adapting my routine to support a long, healthy, and active life.

THERAPISTS & SPECIALISTS
Adela Varzaru
Nutrition Technician
1. What is your professional background, and how does it equip you to contribute to our mission of building Expand Labs?
I have over 25 years of experience in nutrition, and 12 years ago, I became certified as a nutrition technician, a specialization focused on personalized diet planning and a scientific, psychological, and holistic approach to nutrition. My expertise includes nutrition for children, athletes, pregnant women, the elderly, collective nutrition, and therapeutic diets.
After earning my certification, I also obtained an international fitness trainer certificate to better understand the connection between sports and nutrition. For the past 10 years, I’ve been collaborating with Smart HEMATOLOGIC medical clinic to design personalized meal plans alongside a multidisciplinary team of doctors. I am also a master trainer at Fitness Scandinavia School, where I teach courses in Nutrition Technician and General Nutrition Consultancy.
I’ve collaborated with various spa centers in Bucharest and family doctors' offices in Otopeni, focusing on obesity prevention and treatment. Additionally, I regularly conduct nutrition education workshops as part of the “School Otherwise” project in schools and high schools across Bucharest.
2. Why are you passionate about building a solution to improve long-term health and longevity?
"This calling came to me at the age of 14, when I was a child with tendencies to gain weight. From age 14 to 24, I tried every diet possible, but the results would disappear very quickly.
When I moved to the capital 27 years ago, I believed I would find a solution to lose 5 kg healthily and age gracefully. As a detail-oriented mathematician, I started studying on my own, alongside the consultations I attended. When the Nutrition Technician course was in its pioneering phase, I embraced this new qualification with all my enthusiasm and dedication.
This journey led me to become a trainer at the school where I was trained and to collaborate with various medical clinics, thanks to the results achieved with the people I worked with.
My motto: "It is easier to prevent than to treat."
As a nutritionist, I approach each person as a whole, from a holistic nutrition perspective. I strongly believe that there are no insurmountable obstacles, only situations that need to be approached from new, unique, and personal perspectives for each person who joins me in the process of change."
3. What personal health practices have you adopted that have significantly improved your quality of life?
Let food be your medicine and medicine be your food,” said Hippocrates 24 centuries ago, and today, more than ever, food has become essential to health.
A healthy diet, combined with physical exercise and psycho-emotional balance, can ensure a better quality of life and significantly extend it.
Over 55% of Romanians have weight issues, the global trend is premature aging, and only 30% of this is due to genetics, with the rest coming down to lifestyle choices. Being a mathematician, one of the concepts I live by is the axiom of the plane, translated into everyday reality:
Three points uniquely determine a plane!
This is why a three-legged stool will stand balanced wherever it is placed.
Everyday reality has taught me which are the three pillars: NUTRITION + PHYSICAL ACTIVITY + PSYCHO-EMOTIONAL BALANCE (which includes rest, recovery, and socialization) = BALANCED LIFESTYLE / HEALTH AND LONGEVITY.
This approach has allowed me, at a chronological age of 51, to have a metabolic age of 26 and enjoy activities as people do in their 20s, 30s, and 40s.
4. As you age, what activities or passions do you hope to continue enjoying that are often impacted by aging?
"The impact of lifestyle choices is felt much more strongly after the age of 50. While many people reach this age, the difference lies in the quality of the last 25-50 years.
I want to continue going on hikes, one of my favorite hobbies, and to travel both within the country and to all corners of the world. I want to be able to dance, enjoy time with my family and friends, and be capable of raising my grandchildren.
Most importantly, I aim to stay independent until the last moment of my life, both physically and mentally, and to continue pursuing with love, passion, and dedication all the activities I enjoy.
To achieve this, it’s essential to stay interconnected, to follow at least the three basic pillars with discipline, and to remain open to learning new things, as science and the world are constantly evolving. The words ADAPTATION, CHANGE, and INNOVATION should guide our lives."

1. What is your professional background, and how does it equip you to contribute to our mission of building Expand Labs?
I began my athletic activities at the age of seven with two years of sports gymnastics, followed by a year of rhythmic gymnastics. I discovered athletics, my great passion, at eleven, and a year later, I became a county champion in high jump, the event that truly defined my career. This was followed by national champion titles and multiple selections for the national junior and youth teams. Naturally, I pursued my studies at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports in Bucharest, driven by a desire to become a coach.
However, the 1989 Revolution diverted me from this path, and I left my sports career behind. Starting in 1991, I entered the business world, where I spent the next twenty-five years of my professional life. I later specialized at the Open Business School of London between 1995 and 1998.
During my years in business, I built two factories, developed real estate projects, and engaged in many other entrepreneurial activities in Romania, Canada, and the USA. I served as Vice President and Founding Member of the Polish-Romanian Chamber of Commerce based in Warsaw.
Throughout this time, I sought to maintain a connection to the sports world. I had the opportunity to organize golf competitions in Romania, publish a golf magazine, and organize soccer tournaments in Austria, managing to stay connected with my lifelong passion—sports!
I am the first Romanian certified by Joseph McClendon III at The Neuroencoding Institute in California, USA.
My primary skill is coaching, and my main specialization is in mental neuroencoding, a discipline in which I hold the title of expert.
Mental training is an essential component of mental health and, consequently, physical health, regardless of age. It's important to have a daily routine that includes training our minds to navigate life with calmness.
2. Why are you passionate about building a solution to improve long-term health and longevity?
I am passionate about finding and maintaining a state of balance that allows us to enjoy a high quality of life until the very end. For me, this means: Freedom of movement (mobility and flexibility) Restorative sleep Sustained energy levels Mental clarity and emotional resilience Overall physical and mental well-being I strongly believe that true longevity is not just about living longer but about living well, and I am dedicated to helping others achieve that balance.
3. What personal health practices have you adopted that have significantly improved your quality of life?
I maintain a consistent workout routine, training 4-5 times per week. My regimen includes a mix of strength training, mobility work, and endurance exercises. In addition, I follow a balanced diet, ensuring that my nutrition supports both my physical and cognitive performance. Beyond fitness and nutrition, I actively engage in challenging hobbies that continuously push me beyond my comfort zone, stimulating both my mind and body.
4. As you age, what activities or passions do you hope to continue enjoying that are often impacted by aging?
I aim to continue practicing: Skiing – for agility, strength, and mental focus Tennis – for coordination, endurance, and social connection Dancing – for rhythm, joy, and flexibility Hiking – for endurance, exploration, and connection with nature Mental agility and memory training – to maintain cognitive sharpness and a strong mind Aging should not be a limitation but rather an opportunity to adapt and evolve, ensuring that we remain active, engaged, and fulfilled throughout life.
Luciana Oprea
Endocrinologist
1. What is your professional background, and how does it equip you to contribute to our mission of building Expand Labs?
I am a specialist endocrinologist, having completed my residency at the "C.I. Parhon" National Institute of Endocrinology in Bucharest, where I am still active. For the past two years, I have been head of a department at a private clinic, a position that has allowed me to develop coordination and teamwork skills beyond medical practice. The specialty I chose is closely related to longevity and the changes that occur in the body as we age, along with the associated hormonal changes. Hormones play an essential role in intercellular communication, in maintaining youth, and in extending life and physical and mental well-being. I promote prevention and the integration of technology in modern medicine by actively participating in conferences, courses, and workshops in the medical field and beyond, to better understand the complex challenges the human body faces and to contribute to the creation of individualized solutions for extending health and quality of life.
2. Why are you passionate about building a solution to improve long-term health and longevity?
I believe health is the foundation of a fulfilled life, not only from the perspective of the job I have chosen but also as a personal life principle. Health comes with energy, creativity, and the ability to reach your full potential. Prolonging it brings benefits not only at the individual level but also at the societal level by reducing the costs associated with chronic disease care.
3. What personal health practices have you adopted that have significantly improved your quality of life?
Of course, I couldn’t recommend something without having practiced it myself, so personally, I’ve made some changes in recent years to extend my health and improve my quality of life: introducing sports into my lifestyle, changing my diet by increasing my intake of natural, minimally processed foods. I have kept up with technology and made it a part of my life through devices that monitor sleep, heart rate, VO2 max, HRV, physical activity, and blood sugar. I’ve learned that rest is part of training and how important it is to listen to our bodies when they ask for rest. I support my body through holistic medicine techniques and dietary supplements to help it reach its full potential.
4. As you age, what activities or passions do you hope to continue enjoying that are often impacted by aging?
As the years go by, I hope to continue enjoying the physical activities and passions I have discovered and enjoy now: running, snowboarding, mountain running, hiking, traveling, delicious food, specialty coffee, concerts, and my profession. Additionally, I want to stay involved in continuous learning and projects that contribute to improving the quality of life for others.
Pe langa acestea, imi doresc sa pot sa raman implicata in invatarea continua si in proiecte care contribuie la imbunatatirea calitatii vietii celorlalti.

I graduated from the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports 16 years ago, specializing in Kinesiotherapy and Special Motricity, and became a certified sports instructor 13 years ago. Over the years, I have pursued additional certifications and attended seminars that deepened my understanding of the human body—whether athletic or everyday—as it adapts to lifestyle changes, postural imbalances, injuries, and different life phases such as prenatal, postnatal, and menopause. My experience working in hospitals, fitness centers, and private sessions with individuals of all ages and needs has taught me to see the body as a whole rather than a machine to be fixed. 2. Why are you passionate about building a solution to improve long-term health and longevity?
Over the years, I have learned that this body, so majestically created by God, holds the best solutions for itself. As professionals, our role is to trust in this innate wisdom and support it with our skills. For me, building a relationship of trust with the body is essential, knowing that it has the ability to move freely, even in the face of fear, pain, or injury. I focus on improving mobility, joint resilience, balance, stability, coordination, and movement control through awareness and breathwork.
3. What personal health practices have you adopted that have significantly improved your quality of life?
My health practices have evolved over time, adapting to my age and needs, but some have remained constant—especially in the past two years, when I have seen incredible improvements in my body. I prioritize mobility, stability, and coordination, moving with conscious intention. Other essential practices include prayer, gratitude, quality sleep, hydration, barefoot walking, sun and nature exposure, screen-free time, and playful moments with my child.
4. As you age, what activities or passions do you hope to continue enjoying that are often impacted by aging?
With God's help, I hope to continue practicing daily gratitude, enjoying movement with love and respect for my body, spending time in nature, dancing, keeping my mind clear, and helping others with kind words or prayers—regardless of age.
