Emilian Popa: Turning a Health Crisis into a Call to Action
After experiencing burnout and facing medical challenges at the age of 40, Emilian Popa, a seasoned CEO and management consultant, realized that success shouldn’t come at the cost of wellness. Motivated by his own personal struggle for health, as well as the loss of close friends to chronic conditions, he delved into preventative medicine and holistic health. This journey not only transformed his life, but also led to the founding of Expand Labs, where his commitment to early disease detection and holistic methods empowers others to prioritize wellness.
WHERE IT ALL BEGAN
Cape Town
Since opening 18 months ago, our Expand Health clinic in Cape Town has served over 200 clients, offering a holistic approach to health optimization. Our services include cryotherapy, red light therapy, PEMF, infrared saunas, compression boots, and specialized IV therapies aimed at improving energy, immunity, beauty, and physical health.
We've helped clients enhance sleep quality, reduce stress, improve mood, and optimize brain function. Building on this success, we are excited to expand to Bucharest.
