What to expect from your session?

During the session, clients will lie down in the sealed hyperbaric chamber, experiencing ear popping as pressure increases to simulate deep underwater conditions; this sensation is normal and akin to what occurs during an airplane's takeoff or landing.

Sessions last between 30 to 90 minutes, during which clients can relax, meditate, or listen to music. After the session, it is advised to sit down and relax for a few minutes and have a drink of water before resuming normal activities. No special post-care assessment is needed.

Results over time

Session duration: Usually 60-120 minutes

Frequency of sessions: Ideal 3-5 sessions per week in protocols, 1-2 sessions per week in the long term for maintenance.

Activation of the antioxidant system: increasing basic antioxidant enzymes and decreasing oxidative stress at the cellular level.Hormetic adaptations: strengthening antioxidant defenses, initiating mitochondrial biogenesis, and improving cellular energy.Stem cells at peak levels: circulating CD34 stem cells can reach values up to 8× above baseline.Robust reversal of biological age: Telomeres lengthen by an average of 20–30% in blood cells, reversing decades of cellular aging.
Stem cell mobilization: approximately 3–4-fold increase in the number of circulating stem/progenitor cells compared to baseline, supporting tissue repair.Markers of chronic inflammation: additional significant decreases (e.g. CRP, IL-6).Regeneration: enhanced tissue healing through cell renewal supported by stem cells.Elimination of senescent cells: significant reduction (e.g. 37% in senescent immune cells).
Inflammation reduction: early decrease in pro-inflammatory cytokines (e.g. IL-6, TNF-α); many patients report less joint stiffness and fatigue.Recovery & healing: faster recovery after exertion; healing and regeneration processes become visible.Significant reduction in inflammation: increases in anti-inflammatory markers and major decreases in inflammation (including healing of slow-healing wounds).Mitochondrial efficiency: achieving optimal function, similar to that of younger people.
Effects on neuroplasticity: slight improvements in sleep, mood, and mental clarity in some people.Immunity: immune cells become less senescent; "inflammaging" is reduced.Cognition: visible improvements in memory, attention, and processing speed.Sustained stem cell-driven regeneration: tissue regeneration continues; there are reports of improved skin, faster wound healing, and better muscle and bone density.
Peripheral circulation: slight increase in tissue oxygenation and exercise resistance.Cognition: faster thinking, improvements in memory and attention, although major changes usually require multiple sessions.Vascular improvements: much better blood flow to the heart and brain; measurable increase in VO₂max (aerobic fitness).Reducing "inflammaging": inflammatory markers remain low; possible improvements in insulin sensitivity and reduced risk of chronic diseases.
Angiogenesis: initiation of the formation of new capillaries for better tissue circulation.Telomere protection: the rate of telomere shortening is halted; some cells may even show elongation starting with 20–30 sessions.Rejuvenation of the immune system: better response to vaccination/infections, similar to that of a younger person.
Human performance: blood pressure can normalize; exercise tolerance and physical endurance greatly increased.
Cognitive health: Major improvements (comparable to someone 10–20 years younger) in attention, processing speed, and overall cognitive function.

  • Recent ear surgery, ear injuries, or sinus infections – due to increased risk of barotrauma.

  • High fever – may increase the risk of oxygen toxicity.

  • Severe claustrophobia – patients may have difficulty tolerating the hyperbaric chamber.

  • Lung diseases with air retention (lung bubbles) – increased risk of lung rupture.

Conditional contraindications:

  • COPD with CO₂ retention

  • Uncontrolled asthma

Yes, HBOT has been extensively studied and is clinically proven to treat a range of conditions by enhancing oxygen levels in the tissues.

HBOT increases atmospheric pressure to allow your lungs to gather more oxygen, enhancing tissue repair and immune function.

HBOT is known for accelerating healing, reducing inflammation, enhancing immune function, and improving circulation and mental clarity.

Each session in our hard-shell chamber lasts between 60 to 90 minutes, depending on your specific treatment plan.

HBOT is very safe; however, some individuals may experience mild ear discomfort due to changes in pressure, similar to what is felt during flight.

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy is safe for most people. To ensure the utmost safety and to minimize any risks, every new client undergoes a brief consultation with our on-site doctor before the first session. This step helps us tailor the treatment to your specific needs, ensuring a safe and beneficial experience.

While no treatment can reverse aging completely, Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy has shown promising results in clinical studies regarding age management. Research has demonstrated that HBOT can increase telomere length and reduce senescent cells, effectively improving cell health and function in aging populations.
